We had an emergency plumbing situation at one of my rental properties and after countless calls over multiple days to my usual plumber hearing “you are next on the list,” Old School Plumbing was the quickest to respond and squeezed us in first thing in the morning. They had the problem identified and fixed all before 9:30am. Definitely have our new preferred plumber!

Mark and his staff were excellent all around! They communicated very well. They were patient and explained what was going on. The information was accurate. They showed pictures of the line. Mark was up front about pricing. He provided options for how to resolve the issue. He worked until the job was done, cleaned up afterwards and they were very respectful and polite the whole time. I highly recommend this company. Mark has restored my faith in dealing with a plumbing company!

We have been using Mark and his team for almost ten years. We wouldn’t use anyone else. If it’s an emergency they go out of their way to get to you that day, which has saved us a couple of times. They just replaced a house trap in the basement of our old house yesterday and did a fantastic job. Very polite and cleaned up after themselves better than I could have done. Can’t recommend enough.

After being no showed or receiving outrageous quotes from other plumbers, I called Old School Plumbing and Mark came out same day and gave me a great price. It wasn't an urgent need for me, so we scheduled for a week later. Mark and the team showed up on time, and were professional and considerate of my house, yard, and wants. They installed a couple outdoor hose faucets and a boiler faucet in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and really took care of my old Brookside home in routing new water lines in the basement. I'm extremely happy with the end result, the way it was done, and will be using Old School Plumbing again in the future.

We found Mark after a terrible experience with another company, and I am so glad we did! He has done extensive work for us, and we could not be happier with the service he provides. Very reasonably priced, honest, and good at what he does. I cannot recommend Mark and Old School Plumbing more.

Highly recommend Old School Plumbing!!! Mark came by the day I called to look at my hot water heater which was barely putting out warm water. It was installed in 1994. Mark recommended a replacement with code required expansion tank. Two days later his team installed a new one, carried away the old one and even offered to mop the floor afterwards. A week later when kitchen faucet had low pressure, Mark came by that day and fixed it in 10 minutes. Service like this is just incredible. Thank you Old School Plumbing!!!

Old School Plumbing does good work, at a good price, in a timely manner. We asked Mark to do a big project (removing and replacing a 100-year-old cast iron drain stack). Mark's honest and straightforward assessment of the work to be done and pricing for the job won us over, and we were pleased with the results. Would recommend!

I had not one, but two unfortunate plumbing situations happen in my home in 2025. I asked my neighbor for her plumber’s number, and she gave me Mark’s contact. At the time, I didn’t realize what a blessing that would be. Mark is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew exactly what needed to be done in both situations and fixed the issues promptly. His communication was excellent. I never once had to chase him for updates. He consistently delivered clear, accurate information and kept me informed throughout the process. Mark responds to texts and calls in a timely manner, which is hard to find these days, and he completed the work within the promised timeframe. I cannot recommend Old School Plumbing enough if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing services.

Mark and his team helped me with with my refrigerator and connecting to an existing water line (nearby sink). Very nice team. Quick and responsive communication. Will be my go to for any plumbing-related needs in the future.
